I'm Mario Escobedo

Being the leader of a department, church or small business is no easy task. Often, the team you lead is simply not functioning at its highest capacity. When your team isn’t functioning as it should, you question whether you’re doing a good job as a leader.

 

Unfortunately, I know that feeling all too well. I’ve had to look in the mirror and admit that my team’s low performance was due, in part, to my lack of growth as a leader. But, once I decided to be intentional about my leadership growth and I made the commitment to equip and develop my team members, my leadership influence increased and my teams started performing at a much higher capacity. The key was rethinking my role as a leader. I shifted from doing tasks to developing people. And the first "people" I had to develop was myself!

 

I’m confident that I can help you overcome the struggles and pitfalls that are keeping you from growing your leadership and developing your team. Here’s the plan. Together, you and I will identify what trainings and resources will most efficiently and effectively grow you as a leader.
